Florida Exam Prep Privacy Policy

Updated October 12th 2026

Florida Exam Prep LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://floridaexamprep.com and provides

exam-preparation courses, books, digital materials, videos, practice questions, simulators, student communities

and related services (“Services”). This policy explains our collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal

information and your choices. It applies to our website and Company-operated services and channels, including

information we handle through third-party platforms. Those platforms’ independent practices are governed by

their own policies.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide includes your name, contact details, account and enrollment information, order and

billing information, payment status, communication preferences, support requests and student submissions.

Payment providers also process transaction information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. If

someone purchases an enrollment for you, we may receive your contact and enrollment information from that

purchaser.

Student submissions include questions, comments, messages, feedback, testimonials, photographs and other

content you provide through our courses, support channels or groups. We collect exam pass notices, score

reports or pass papers you choose to provide. Please remove candidate numbers, birth dates, addresses,

barcodes and unnecessary identifiers before submitting exam documents. Do not submit actual or reconstructed

confidential examination questions, answer choices, selected answers, diagrams or other secure examination

content. A score report or pass notice submitted to document your result must not include that content. Do not

submit another person’s personal information without appropriate permission.

We collect IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies and similar identifiers, and information about

website and course use. Where generated by our systems, this may include login and session history, progress,

quiz or simulator activity and downloads. Such information may be personal information when linked or

reasonably linkable to a person or account. We also receive relevant information from payment, hosting and

communications providers supporting the Services.

We maintain records of terms accepted and communication, recording and promotional permissions, including

the disclosure or version presented, date and time, related account or order, and available technical evidence

of the action. Before recording participant communications, we provide notice and obtain consent where

required by law.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to administer accounts and purchases; provide course access, materials,

instruction and support; process payments, refunds and disputes; communicate service information; and

respond to requests. We use activity and technical records for troubleshooting, analytics, security, fraud

prevention and investigation of account sharing or unauthorized use of course materials.

We use submissions to operate their intended course or group, respond to you, moderate and verify reported

outcomes where appropriate. Private messages and exam documents submitted for verification are not

automatically approved for group display or advertising. We may use relevant records to enforce agreements,

respond to lawful requests, preserve evidence, resolve disputes and protect rights.

We may send promotional emails where lawful and consistent with your choices. Marketing texts require

separate consent as described below. Identifiable student advertising requires the separate permission

described in Section 4. We may use genuinely de-identified, aggregated activity or outcome information for

lawful analysis and promotion without identifying students or implying individual endorsements. A recognizable

story or lightly redacted screenshot is not anonymous merely because a name is removed.

3. Text messaging and mobile information

Providing a mobile number, purchasing or agreeing to the Terms and Conditions does not itself authorize

marketing texts. If you separately opt in, we may send the categories described in that opt-in, including

enrollment, scheduling, study reminders, support or promotional offers where authorized. Messages may use

automated technology where disclosed. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We

maintain consent records.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or +1 443-695-6218. We honor

other reasonable revocation methods required by law and process requests promptly within applicable

deadlines. A permitted nonpromotional confirmation may follow. A later purchase does not itself renew

marketing consent. An opt-out does not cancel enrollment or prevent necessary account communications

through other lawful channels.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on participating carriers and

network conditions and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supply

only a number for which you are authorized to consent and notify us if it changes.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent records with affiliates or third parties

for their independent marketing. We may provide necessary information to providers acting for us to deliver

and support messaging, maintain consent and suppression records and secure the service, subject to appropriate

restrictions, or disclose it when legally required. Promotional permission for a testimonial does not authorize

publication of messaging consent records or private contact details.

4. Student groups and promotional permissions

In a student group, other participants may see your name, profile, posts and, depending on the platform, your

phone number. Platform settings and policies apply. We restrict group access but cannot guarantee other

participants’ conduct or confidentiality. Avoid posting sensitive information or another person’s information

without permission.

We may ask to feature a testimonial, message, comment, success story, exam pass notice, score report, pass

paper or similar submission. Before publicly using identifiable content or your name, image, voice or likeness in

advertising, we obtain separate express permission identifying the selected content and permitted use. Posting,

purchasing, submitting proof of a result or remaining silent is not that permission. Declining permission does not

affect access, a refund owed or an earned benefit.

Within your permission, approved content and identifiers may appear on our website, social media, paid

advertisements, promotional emails or print materials and may be processed by vendors preparing or

distributing the promotion for us. Public content may be reshared. We exclude unnecessary identifiers, other

people’s information and restricted exam content. Instructional recording consent does not itself authorize

advertising.

The permission record governs scope, duration and withdrawal. Contact [email protected] concerning a

permission. We honor withdrawal rights under the permission and applicable law. Previously distributed print

materials and third-party copies outside our control may remain where permitted. We may retain permission

evidence for lawful recordkeeping.

5. Other disclosures

Service providers. We may disclose information reasonably necessary to providers supporting payment

processing, hosting, course delivery, communications, customer support, analytics, security and other

operations. We require appropriate confidentiality, security and purpose restrictions for providers processing

information on our behalf.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as

reasonably necessary and lawful to investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, respond to

disputes, or protect the rights, property or safety of the Company or others. Messaging information remains

subject to Section 3.

Business transfers. Information may be disclosed or transferred in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or

transfer of the relevant business or assets as permitted by law and subject to appropriate protections and

existing privacy commitments. This does not itself expand a promotional permission or authorize new marketing

uses of SMS opt-in records.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your specific authorization. We do not sell, rent or

trade personal information. This policy does not authorize independent third-party marketing use of mobile opt-

in information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember preferences,

understand usage, analyze traffic and improve functionality. Providers supporting these functions may process

browser, device and interaction information. You may control cookies through browser settings and applicable

website choices; disabling them may affect login or course access. Controls may need to be applied separately

for each browser and device. Where law requires consent or an additional opt-out for a particular technology or

use, we provide the required choice.

7. Security and retention

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we

handle and require appropriate safeguards from providers processing information for us. No internet

transmission or storage method is completely secure. We respond to security incidents and provide notifications

as required by law. Keep credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not send

sensitive payment or identification information through student groups or ordinary support messages.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service delivery,

transactions, consent records, legal compliance, disputes and protection of rights. Retention depends on the

information, applicable requirements and any preservation obligation. We do not retain full exam documents

indefinitely merely for marketing convenience. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete

or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention and reasonable backup practices. Account closure does not require

deletion of records that may or must lawfully be retained.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or information about its

processing. We evaluate requests under applicable law and this policy, verify identity where appropriate, and

respond within applicable deadlines. Legal, security and recordkeeping exceptions may apply. We will explain if

a request affects our ability to provide Services that require the information.

Use the unsubscribe instructions in promotional emails to stop those messages. Text-message and promotional-

content choices are described in Sections 3 and 4. We may retain limited records to honor opt-outs and

document permissions. Marketing opt-outs do not prevent necessary transaction communications sent lawfully.

Depending on your location, additional privacy rights or a right to complain to a governmental authority may

apply. We will not retaliate for exercising legally protected rights.

9. Third party platforms and policy changes

Third-party payment, learning, messaging and social-media platforms may independently collect information

under their own policies. Review their settings and policies. We remain responsible for our own handling of

information as required by law.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements, identify the new effective

date and notify you of material changes by email or a conspicuous notice through the Services. Where required,

we obtain additional consent before applying a new use to previously collected information. Posting an update

does not expand an existing promotional permission or create marketing-text consent.
